CONFAB W is hosted by artist, designer, and activist Rosario Dawson. Rosario has starred in projects like THE MANDALORIAN, TOP FIVE, UNSTOPPABLE, RENT and the SIN CITY franchise. As an activist, she co-founded Voto Latino in 2004 to help empower Latino millennials to vote and influence change in government.

Charo (Maria Rosario Pilar Martinez Molina Baeza) is an American music and Pop Culture star, humanitarian and activist for animal rights who has entertained millions throughout her career. Charo is a virtuoso guitarist, singer, composer, actress and comedienne who has been voted “Best Flamenco Guitarist” twice by Guitar Magazine. She is instantly recognizable by her trademark expression, “Cuchi Cuchi”, which has endeared her to audiences around the world and made her name synonymous with music, fun and excitement.
All-female Mariachi groups take their place front and center in the historically male-dominated Mariachi music genre. CONFAB W features back stories of the founders of renowned performing groups including Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea, Flor De Toloache, Mariachi Reyna de Los Angeles, Mariachi Las Alteñas and Mariachi Mariposas. A special tribute to Mariachi Estrellas de Topeka and the first virtual all-female jam finale performance are among the highlights of this musical showcase.
